According to the list of global top 0.05% scientists released by the well-known academic data analysis website Scholar GPS, Professor Sifeng Liu, the president of International Association of Grey Systems and Uncertainty Analysis(GSUA), being named an inaugural Highly Ranked Scholar in Systems Theory by Scholar GPS.
